Jess heads to Columbia, Texas, in search of Martin Willoughby, the next man on his hunt list. Willoughby is gone, but not until after he murders a prostitute. While in Columbia, Jess meets a pretty woman by the name of Samantha, who happens to be the murdered prostitute’s niece.
Jess and Samantha quickly take a liking to each other, but when she asks to come along on the hunt, he refuses, promising her that he’ll catch the man who murdered her aunt.
He leaves Columbia in search of Willoughby again, but while he’s gone, two outlaws viciously attack Samantha. He finally catches up with Willoughby and takes his body to the town marshal in Pennington, where he meets the professional gunslinger and gambler, Jack Barnaby.
While in Pennington, he discovers that Samantha has been attacked. Barnaby talks Jess into letting him go along on the hunt for the two men responsible. They return to Columbia to make sure that Samantha is going to be okay.
From there, the hunt for the two men begins. It’s bad enough that they hurt an innocent woman, but they had no idea that the woman had become a close friend of Jess’s.
The two outlaws have no idea of the hell coming their way.
